Nebula’s Ending? Karen Gillan Breaks Silence and Fans Are Losing It

“Avengers: Doomsday” is coming, and it’s going to be huge! Robert Downey Jr. is back, but not as Iron Man – he’s now Doctor Doom. How awesome is that?

Thor is coming, Ant-Man is voicing his voice, and Yelena from “Thunderbolts*” is joining the crew.

But wait – where’s Nebula? Yep, Karen Gillan and her Guardians gang aren’t invited. So disappointing!

Karen Gillan’s big feelings

Nebula star Karen Gillan, isn’t exactly happy about the film being put out. She chatted with MovieWeb and said she loves the Marvel universe.

But when asked about Nebula’s future, she was cryptic. “I can’t say much,” she teased, “But maybe… never say never!” That’s got me so excited!

She’s been rocking Nebula since 2014’s “Guardians of the Galaxy.” Remember when she played two Nebulas in “Endgame”? Iconic! Fans like me are dying to see her back.

When is “Doomsday” coming out?

So, “Doomsday” was supposed to kick off Phase 6 in May 2026. But Disney was like, “No, let’s wait.”

Now it’s hitting theaters on December 18, 2026. Time to wait longer? That month is packed with movies! “Dune: Messiah” comes out that same weekend — talk about a clash! Then “Shrek 5” comes out a week later.

Oh, and “Jumanji 3” comes out on December 11, “Ice Age 6” joins the party with “Doomsday,” and “Werewolf” arrives on Christmas Day. It’s a full movie marathon!

New twists to get excited about

What’s on the way? “Doomsday” could have some X-Men vibes. Imagine Wolverine teaming up with the Avengers – I’m crazy!

Plus, with Downey as Doctor Doom, who knows what crazy things he’ll do? My cousin Jake swears he saw a leaked set photo with a weird portal.

Does that mean there could be more surprise heroes? I’m just thinking about it!

What’s next for Nebula?

So, yes, Karen is hinting at a return, and I’m here for it. Maybe Nebula has gone on a secret mission, waiting to swoop in to save the day.

Imagine her crashing “Doomsday” at the last second, blue face and all.

That’s my dream ending!

For now, grab your popcorn and mark December 18, 2026 on your calendar. Keep your eyes peeled for more Marvel news – Nebula might surprise us yet!
