Nicole is all about her work these days. She’s the director of marketing at Look Lab Med Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. Yes, she’s the boss of cool campaigns and runs an entire team.

From Intern to Big Shot
Nicole didn’t just wake up as a marketing queen. She worked for it. While at Arizona State University, she interned at Spectrum Transportation Services and SL Diversified Printing.
Those jobs taught her how to make social media pop and create fun digital content.
She was still studying for her marketing degree.
In 2018, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Shortly after, she landed a job as a social media manager at Search Control.
She created amazing content and helped clients shine online. Then, in 2019, she joined Movement Mortgage as a digital media specialist.
There, she created plans to help loan officers get more people interested. She was good at that too!
Her next stop was Maffei Clinics in 2020. As a marketing coordinator, she ran campaigns and made the clinic look fancy.
By 2021, she added Maffei Plastic Surgery’s SkinCeuticals SkinLab to her list.
She became even better at marketing for beauty and wellness. Each job made her smarter and more prepared for more.
Then, boom! In February 2025, Nicole became the Director of Marketing at Look Lab Med Spa.
Now she’s in charge of everything – planning, influencers, and keeping the brand fresh.
She has a team that follows her lead, and together they’re doing great things. How cool is that?
