She started out as a marketing rep at Rangewater Real Estate in Atlanta, making flyers and planning cool events.
She worked hard and rose through the ranks. First, she became the assistant community director.
Later, she moved to Virginia as the regional operations manager. In 2023, she joined Gallery Residential.
Now, she’s the training director in Arlington. She creates training programs and helps beginners learn the ropes.
Oh, and she once threw an iced latte at her first big meeting.
Amazing friends and family
Her personal life? Equally amazing. She has a tight-knit group of friends who she has always had.
When she broke her leg playing soccer in April 2025, her friends brought her pizza and lots of movies.
She is very close to her mother Beth and her brother Gavin. Her dog, Pepper, is her little shadow.
Nicole also loves supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. She loves a good atmosphere and helping others
