You! Yes, you – who’s always looking for a Netflix thriller to binge watch. Well, stop scrolling! The six-part mystery series Untamed is coming soon, and it’s going to be epic.
Imagine a brutal murder, terrifying mysteries, and the wild atmosphere of Yosemite National Park.
Plus, it stars Eric Bana – you know, the tough guy from Troy! It’s coming to Netflix on July 17, 2025, so get excited!

What is Untamed?
That’s what it’s all about. The show follows Kyle Turner, a rogue special agent who keeps the peace in Yosemite.
Kyle is there when a horrific murder occurs. But as he investigates, he uncovers dark secrets about the park and his own life.
Oh, there’s a twist! Creators, Mark L. Smith and Elle Smith, intentionally made that happen.
“Yosemite is beautiful, but there’s danger lurking there. It’s about what’s inside the characters,” Mark said.

The cast is on fire
Eric Bana plays Kyle and has a great team with him.
Sam Neill — you might remember him from Jurassic Park — is Paul Souter, the big boss ranger.
Rosemary DeWitt from La La Land plays Kyle’s ex-wife (drama alert!) Jill.
Lily Santiago from La Brea plays Naya, who’s a cool LA cop.
And Wilson Bethell from Daredevil is Shane, a former Army Ranger who knows the park.
This team will take it all down!

Why is it going to get you hooked?
Do you like mysteries? This series has suspense all day long. Picture yourself solving a crime in the woods—no phones, just vibes. The Yosemite setting makes it even more intense, as if nature is ready to get you too. And with only six episodes, it’s a fast-paced watch. Perfect for a lazy weekend!
